Support your patients during the most critical treament period: the time between clinical visits.

PreviMedica augments your treatment strategy by helping your patients incorporate nutritionally sound principles into their lifestyle.

How does it work?

Many of our physicians have realized that the time between physician visits is a critical opportunity for patients to improve their health status.

When you recommend PreviMedica, your patient will receive personalized nutrition planning, exercise guidance, if needed and ongoing accountability for 16 weeks or as long he/she needs. Many physicians choose to formally evaluate their patients every 2-4 weeks during this time in order to medically monitor and professionally support their patient through the process of making long-term lifestyle changes.

How can you help your patients during this vulnerable time?

Since lifestyle choices around food play a key role in human health, you can offer your patients a high level of service by introducing them to PreviMedica.

"By using PreviMedica Lifestyle Services, physicians can augment chronic disease care plans, and see enhanced health outcomes for their patients."

How it works

All PreviMedica participants are paired with a dedicated nutrition expert and if needed, an exercise specialist, who get to know their circumstances- health goals, current lifestyle, schedule, ability and time for activity as well as food preparation, budget and availability of foods, preferences, lab test results, medical conditions, and support available- all are taken into consideration to make guidance as specific and achievable as possible.
