For people who enjoy the flexibility of choosing their own ingredients, but still want some guidance in preparing their meals and snacks, the Builder Recipes are the perfect resource. Here’s how they work:
Each builder recipe gives you a list of foods that can be combined to form a customizable recipe. Choose a food out of each category and combine all ingredients according to the instructions to “build your own” version of the recipe.
For example, use our Yogurt Parfait Builder to make a well-balanced snack that travels well. Start with a yogurt base, like coconut yogurt. Next add in your fruit of choice, perhaps blueberries.. a little more yogurt, and then top with granola. For your protein and fat source, sunflower seeds are the perfect addition.
