Previ Culinary – Beet Hummus
Hummus is a healthy snack option that is packed full of protein. Why not kick it up a notch with some roasted beets for a boost of nutrition and more vibrant color? Pair it with some raw veggies for an excellent on-the-go snack option!

- 1 can chickpeas, rinshed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. tahini paste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup beets, roasted and peeled
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add water if needed to reach a smooth, creamy texture.
*Serve with fresh veggies or gluten free crackers
